I have been wanting to make a Shaker Card for quite some time now. It is much harder than it looks bty! Well I pulled this one off, it took longer then I thought. The tree image I stamped was not too clear, I think I need to buy new Stazon ink. Hope you enjoy!

Way back in July Unify Handmade made a DIY Card Kit for her niece. I thought it was just a such great idea to give, seeing I have several nieces that just love my cards. So this Thanksgiving I thought it would be nice to give them something to do after dinner. I always bring crafts for the kids to keep busy and they just love to do crafts, they get that from there auntie (hehe). I cant wait to see their faces when they see there early semi Christmas gifts. Thank you so much to Nicole for the inspiration.
I made the Card Holder with different measurements to fit a folded standard size card.
- 8 1/2 " x 11" Blue Card Stock
- With the 11" side going across the top, score it at 5 1/4" and 5 3/4 "
- With the 8 1/2 side going across the top, score it at 6" and 6 1/4"
- I used for the cover and back (2) 5 1/2" x 4 3/4" White Card Stock
- (2) 5 3/8" x 4 5/8 of Lawn Fawn Pattern Paper from Into the Woods.
- 24" of May Arts Ribbon
I used several Stamps from Lawn Fawn for Embellishments along with "my own" Custom Shapes from Epiphany.

So with the Thanksgiving Holiday upon us, I am in the mood for giving. I also wanted to try out the Rafflecopter Widget. I have been seeing this everywhere. It seemed pretty easy to set up and had step by step instructions. The only thing I could not figure out is how to make the picture smaller, so I am posting a full picture of the prizes as well. I just put this little giveaway together with a "Season Theme". I am sure you guys caught on. Good luck, I hope this works and have a blessed Thanksgiving! Happy Crafting!

This is my last Thanksgiving card I am posting for the year......so sad :( I wanted to try my luck in the Lawnscaping Challenge #70. I used all Lawn Fawn Papers with Paper Smooches Stamps. I must say those two just so happens to be my favorite Stamp Co. Have a Wonderful Thanksgiving and Enjoy!

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I just cant wait. I have been working on these cards last minute, I know I know, I am cutting it close. I hate letting go of these but I know they will be in good hands. Enjoy!
I tried the no line coloring technique that I picked up from Kristina Werner's Blog. She is the Best!
I used Lawn Fawn Stamps with May Arts chevron ribbon that I purchased on Etsy.com
I used Paper Smooches Stamps with Tim Holts Embossing Background. I also used my New Wink of Stella glitter markers! Love the glitter!
This card on the bottom is the same as the first one posted but has the black line image. I am not sure which one I like best. I will let you decided for me.
This Thanksgiving I wish you many blessings and great happiness.

Of course I love pattern paper! I used all of Lawn Fawn's Fall products for this challenge. The actual Cardstock base is from Hero Arts. I will post the link at the end. Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy!
