Simon Monday Challenge

Today I am entering in the Simon Monday Challenge. I am always inspired by great artist and I have to say  my favorite one is Shari Carroll. She has such a great mind for creative designs. I have learned from her videos on Layering Effects and Distressing quite a bit.

So I decided to give it a shot. Maybe not as quite as good but I am still learning. I listed most of the products I used, the only item I couldn't find were old distressed sheets that I used in the background of this card. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a good Monday :)

Wow! This is such a lovely card! You were so clever to use distressed sheets in the background. I really like all of the patterns and textures you created and how you can "see through" different elements. The use of white against the bold black sentiments was a great idea and I like how the balloons stand out in such a happy way! This is a wonderful creation, which I thoroughly enjoyed looking at. I'm so glad that you shared your talents with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge blog!
