Hello Hello Hello, I am so excited to share this post with you today. Lawnscaping Challenges have always been a great inspiration for me. I was super excited when they came up with the mini idea. I purchased the 12x12 Hello Sunshine paper back when it first was released and had no idea what I was going to do with the adorable sheet of journaling cards that came with. Well, low and behold I figured it out! Why not make mini cards with them. Quick and Simple too!
I cut out 3"x 8" out of bazzil white cardstock and cut out the journaling cards and layered them to the front. I used vellum sheets and stamped the Sunflower from Our Friendship Grows stamp set from Lawn Fawn and the Jar from Summertime Charm with Stazon Ink.
I used the matching dies from both sets to cut them put. Once I had them cut out I used the twine from the new release and made bows and glued them down to the center of the image with multi-medium matte. I placed the flare in the center of the twine.
For the cards that didn't have a sentiment I stamp "thanks" from the set as well.
The bottom cards I just decided to dress them up a bit with some twine sequins and glitter from the wink of stella pens.
I hope you get inspired today. I had so much fun making these. I cant wait to give them away!
